Following the transversal webinars organized in January and February 2022, ESAGOV’s Algerian partner establishments are now organizing their local workshops !
This is the final stage of the chain of training. After attending the training courses run by the European partners as part of WP3, the local ESAGOV teams ran workshops in their establishments to share their knowledge, tools and methodologies needed to strengthen the quality approach and management within the establishment. Following the logic initiated by the project, these workshops were aimed at all university stakeholders: managers, academic and administrative staff. The workshops focused on the following themes :
- Modul 3: The process of defining and building indicators for education
- Modul 4: Methodology for the yearly follow-up/review of the Establishment Project
- Modul 5: Involving external stakeholders
- Modul 7: Corporate communications strategy
- Modul 9: University internationalization
La dimension transversale de ces ateliers a permis aux participants d’avoir une vision plus complète et collective des enjeux de la démarche qualité et du pilotage, et du rôle que chacun doit avoir dans une logique participative.
Dans de nombreux cas, ces ateliers ont permis de prendre des décisions importantes au niveau institutionnel, comme la création de cellules d’assurance-qualité au niveau de chaque faculté ou la création d’une cellule d’internationalisation.
Toutes ces activités de formation et ces mesures joueront un rôle décisif pour la révision ou définition du Projet d’établissement, dernière étape du projet ESAGOV.
